 Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • 35+ Hours per week (Full Time)

    Under general supervision from the Inventory Director, the inventory specialist performs a variety of duties in monitoring, maintaining, reconciling, coordinating, and accounting for inventory stock. He/She is responsible for keeping the inventory records accurate and updated in the system. He/she assists in the preparation of inventory related reports, answering routine inventory questions and provides inventory support for the sales teams. He/she is accountable for reconciliation of purchase orders and assists in completing cycle counts so that the inventory records are complete and accurate.  He/she reviews the shipment detail reports and ensures that the inventory is received  in a timely manner and reports any shipping discrepancies.  He/She assists with conducting any loss prevention investigation when required. He/she is responsible for understanding current promotions and inventory constraints to insure proper levels of stock are maintained and providing appropriate solutions when needed.  In addition, the inventory associate verifies the completion of transfers, stock balance and cycle counts, etc., by conducting detail audits on a regular basis. To handle all data entry related to inventory including order exceptions, accessory and device upload and updates.

 Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (minimum)
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
  • 1 year wireless industry experience preferred
