Position:  Business Account Executive              


Live Mobile Business Sales Executives are required to diligently execute the official sales program and all duties described below.  The position emphasizes skills in the areas of:  B2B Prospecting, Lead Generation, Sales Funnel Management, Needs Analysis, Presentations, B2B Sales, and Account Retention thru strong relationship-building.  Business Sales Executives are expected to be a top sales performer in their region, conduct 10+ qualified business appointments/week and continue to fill sales funnels with quality leads that drive incremental sales.


  • Model the behaviors expected of all Live Mobile employees including a drive for results with a clear bias for action, high levels of maturity and professionalism; giving, receiving and responding to feedback effectively; a high service orientation; and clear commitments to diversity, inclusion, a respectful workplace, and integrity
  • Manage relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Model team commitment by meeting deadlines; and by being cooperative, collaborative, and flexible
  • Actively build the capability of others through relevant, timely, balanced feedback; coaching and teaching; and using recognition to reinforce desirable behaviors
  • In addition to normal duties, they will be required to attend a weekly accountability meeting/call and attend additional training up to two hours a month
  • Attend Business Networking and Chamber/Civic Club events and become the face of Live Mobile in the community.

Business Sales Objectives:

  • Drive small business growth in designated geographic region
  • Generate 10+ qualified business leads per week by utilizing Ultimate Prospector and make 20-30 cold calls per day
  • Be willing and able to support all required business activity in designated region
  • Attend all required business training when provided by AT&T and/or Live Mobile
  • Be an expert on all aspects of a business customers' technology needs (home office, internet (HIS), wireless and connected products, AMA's, DirecTV, etc...)

Sales and Customer Service Objectives:

  • Minimum of 40-45 hours per week (Monday thru Friday 8am 6pm and some after-hours and weekend events for networking/prospecting)
  • Minimum of 30 PPGA and 20 Upgrades per month (Post Paid Gross Activations)
  • Target/Goal is 45 PPGA per month to achieve budgeted sales and compensation results
  • Minimum of 1 Business Internet activation per store in assigned region (ex: Birmingham region has 6 stores, so Birmingham BAE should activate at least 6 Biz Internets per month)
  • Drive the Integrated AT&T experience of Wireless, Entertainment, Connected Life, and Accessories
  • Achieve 90%+ Rep Satisfaction scores and ensure retail execution of the" Extraordinary Experience" and the 5 Key Behaviors
  • Be engaged in company sales initiatives and programs

 Operational Objectives:

  • Follow dress code requirements
  • Obey all Policies and Procedures in the Live Mobile Company Handbook
  • Protect the company against fraudulent and harmful activities
  • Other duties as prescribed by the Director of Business Development

  • 3 or more years of related experience required
  • Accredited Bachelor's Degree required; at least one year of additional related experience may be considered in substitution


  • Ability to do cold calls effectively
  • Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team members
  • Expert ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals
  • Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities, in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities

  • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to Live Mobile and AT&T policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary - $25,000 - $35,000 range, based on experience
  • Personal Commission - $14,400 - $67,200 (Target = $28,560 based on 45 PPGA/20 Upgrades)
  • Car Allowance - $3,000 ($250/month)
  • Health Insurance available at 60 days employment
  • 401(k) After 1 year of service, employee can participate in our 401(k) retirement plan with Company Match up to 3% dollar-for-dollar, and additional .50 on each additional dollar up to 5%
  • Life Insurance - $15,000 Policy for each employee is paid by Live Mobile
